Automatic tyre changer suitable for all car, SUV, van and
motorcycle wheels, enables the user to mount and demount any type of tyre.

“IP system” (Increased Power system): speed rotation of the turntable automatically adjustable, the torque remains at the best ratio also at maximum speed. Available only for M 624 2V FS
(2-speed version: 6 - 15 rpm).

Tilting post with high torsional rigidity in all working positions for maximum rim protection during the work, above all in the general reinforcement of the machine’s structure. Tool-holder shaft is balanced and activated by means of an air-operated servocontrol with automatic head locking in the ideal working position .A roller under the horizontal operating arm minimises the effort of operators.

Turntable equipped with a patented system to switch the working range from 10”÷20” to 14”÷24” (from outside rim clamping) with a simple manual shift.

The tubeless inflating device pedal, located at the side of the unit to prevent accidental activation. The high capacity tank (16 litres) located inside the unit complies with Norm EN 286 I.1 in conformity with EEC (European Economic Community) guidelines 87/404/EEC.

The bead-breaking arm can be set in two positions: standard and racing. In the racing position the blade opening is 430 mm.! The blade is articulated for better penetration between tyre bead and rim.

Automatic tyre changer available with tubeless inflating device (M 520 2V FS - M 520 FS) and without.

The turntable turns in both directions; in “2V” models, are available two speeds (6 - 12 rpm) in clockwise direction, controlled by pedal. Inflating nozzles, placed on the sliding jaws, adapt automatically to the rim diameter.

By simply pressing a button, operator can simultaneously lock or release both horizontal and vertical arms. Air-operated balancing of the tool-holder shaft.

The vertical hexagonal shaft is 38 mm. to achieve strong stability of the tool head while operating.

Tool head with new profile to suit to new tyres and rims. Interchangeable plastic parts to protect the rims, during tyre demounting/mounting.

The turntable can clamp alloy rims of new-generation from both outside and inside without any damage thanks to its special plastic protections supplied as standard.

The powerful bead breaker is operated by a double acting stainless steel cylinder of 186 mm. diameter.

Two special plastic guards, one for the blade (supplied as standard) and the other for the side rubber pad (on request), to protect alloy rims during the bead-breaking.

The ALLY 70 and ALLY 60 tyre lifting/pressing devices have been designed in order to make faster and easier than never before the changing of sport tyres, low profile tyres and special “run flat” tyres, like: Good-Year RunOnFlat, Pirelli Eufori@, Bridgestone RFT, Michelin ZP, Continental SSR, Dunlop DSST. Both devices can be fitted to the whole range of automatic car tyre changers in our present production. On tyre-changers of the M 5 / 6 Series equipped with pneumatic balancing of the tool-holder shaft , the working range starts from 15”.

When dismounting, the bead pressing roller can be lowered till to the rim well to reduce the tension and to allow the tyre an easier slip over on the tool head. When mounting, the pressing arm BPA (optional on ALLY 60), in set on the bead in a fixed position near the tool head and prevents from slipping over the tool head itself. With the BPA properly set, the first bead pressing roller turns the tyre and easily keeps the bead in the rim well without risks for tyre operator and damages for the tyre.
