M 624 2V FS - M624
By simply pressing a button, alignment (both horizontal and
vertical) is obtained simultaneously with clamping. Pneumatic
balancing of tool-holder shaft.
A travel roller under the horizontal operating arm minimizes
the pull and push effort of the arm itself.
Turn table equipped with a patented system to switch the
working range from 10”÷20” to 14”÷ 24” with a very simple
change.
The self-centering chuck is able to clamp new-generation alloy
rims from both the outside and the inside without damaging
them, thanks to its special integral plastic guards supplied as

The tyre changer is available in version with 20" turntable with two rotation speeds (2V), with tubeless tyre
inflation system (M 624 2V FS), or without (M 624).

M 624 with Bead Pressing System
Automatic tyre changer suitable for all car, SUV, van and
motorcycle wheels, enables the user to mount and demount any type of tyre.
“IP system” (Increased Power system): speed rotation of the turntable automatically adjustable, the torque
remains at the best ratio also at maximum speed. Available only for M 624 2V FS
(2-speed version: 6 - 15 rpm).
Tilting post with high torsional rigidity in all working positions for maximum rim protection during the work,
above all in the general reinforcement of the machine’s structure. Tool-holder shaft is balanced and activated
by means of an air-operated servocontrol with automatic head locking in the ideal working position .A roller
under the horizontal operating arm minimises the effort of operators.
Turntable equipped with a patented system to switch the working range from 10”÷20” to 14”÷24” (from
outside rim clamping) with a simple manual shift.
The tubeless inflating device pedal, located at the side of the unit to prevent accidental activation. The high
capacity tank (16 litres) located inside the unit complies with Norm EN 286 I.1 in conformity with EEC
(European Economic Community) guidelines 87/404/EEC.
The bead-breaking arm can be set in two positions: standard and racing. In the racing position the blade

The ALLY 70 and ALLY 60 tyre lifting/pressing devices have been designed in order to make faster and easier
than never before the changing of sport tyres, low profile tyres and special “run flat” tyres, like: Good-Year
RunOnFlat, Pirelli Eufori@, Bridgestone RFT, Michelin ZP, Continental SSR, Dunlop DSST. Both devices can be
fitted to the whole range of automatic car tyre changers in our present production. On tyre-changers of the M
5 / 6 Series equipped with pneumatic balancing of the tool-holder shaft , the working range starts from 15”.
When dismounting, the bead pressing roller can be lowered till to the rim well to reduce the tension and to
allow the tyre an easier slip over on the tool head. When mounting, the pressing arm BPA (optional on ALLY
60), in set on the bead in a fixed position near the tool head and prevents from slipping over the tool head
itself. With the BPA properly set, the first bead pressing roller turns the tyre and easily keeps the bead in the
rim well without risks for tyre operator and damages for the tyre.

M 318 FS
Horizontal positioning of the tool is obtained by means of a
threaded hand wheel. Operating on various wheels of the same
dimensions means that tool maintains position originally
regulated for. The single action lever locks the shaft vertically,
causing at the same time the movement upwards of the peak.
At the base of the post, a thermoformed carter provides a
housing for 1 Kg standard lube can as well as a large housing
for small pieces.
The 4 clamp self centering chuck , rotates in either direction
and can clamp either from the outside of the rim or from the
inside, and with the special clamp guards in addition to
safeguarding alloy rims it is possible to secure in closure rims
up to 10" in diameter.

The F 561, with simultaneous movement of tool holder carriage
and chuck holder arm, allows the wheel to be positioned in an
instant. The controls are located on a movable stand which
allows the operator to work the machine from the position of
this choice. Moving parts can be operated at two speeds by
pressing the relevant pedals on the movable post.
The universal self centering chuck is activated by a hydraulic
cylinder and can lock all rims from 14 to 56 inches from the
inside or from the central hole. It can rotate in both directions
at two different speeds.
The bead breaking, fitting and removal tools are incorporated
into a single, completely automatic revolving arm. All tool

totally automatic. Both peak and bead breaking roll can be selected directly from the movable post thus optimizing
and facilitating operator s task.
For total operator safety, a non return check valve, fitted directly onto cylinder, keeps the wheel locked even in case
of electrical failure or hose rupture. Moreover, a pilot operated dual seal check valve, prevents the spindle carrier
arm from dropping if the hydraulic circuit accidentally breaks.
Supplied upon request with a practical radio control (RC 56) comprising a transmitter (located on the post) and a
receiver (located on the machine) thus eliminating any need for a connecting cable and allowing all maneuvers to
be performed without hindrance and from the most convenient position for the operator.

F 560 A
The sliding table, with long travel stroke, connected to the tool
arm carriage, allows the wheel to be easily picked up and
positioned on the self centering chuck. The controls are located
on a movable stand which allows the operator to work the
machine from the position of this choice. Moreover, for the
operator s perfect safety, there is a low voltage supply to the
controls (24 V).
Once the tool arm has been moved to the "non working
position", its travel is automatic, allowing it to be shifted from
one side of the wheel to the other at considerable speed and
complete safety. The tool arm can also be clamped to the
carriage in any working position thanks to the synchronized
rack connection.

from the inside or from the central hole. It can rotate in both directions at two different speeds. Four sheet of
metal, prevent squashing between the chuck flanges.
The tool, which may be tilted or swiveled as required, enables every operation to be carried out at top speed. The
support system for bead breaker disk, without inside bracket, eliminates all friction, thus improving performance.
A mechanical tool arm tip lock device, prevents the arm from being moved to its "non working position" if the
tool has been removed.
For total operator safety, a non return check valve, fitted directly onto cylinder, keeps the wheel locked even in
case of electrical failure or hose rupture. Moreover, a pilot operated dual seal check valve, prevents the spindle
carrier arm from dropping if the hydraulic circuit accidentally breaks

The tool holder arm can be set in two fixed positions, divided
by distance of 315 mm. The controls are located on a movable
stand which allows the operator to work the machine from the
position of this choice. Moreover, for the operator s perfect
safety, there is a low voltage supply to the controls (24 V).
The universal self centering chuck is activated by a hydraulic
cylinder and can lock (without extensions) rims up to 26" from
the inside or from the central hole. Rotation is in either
direction at a speed of 7.5 rpm.
The tool, which may be tilted or swiveled as required, enables
every operation to be carried out at top speed. The support
system for bead breaker disk, without inside bracket, eliminates

F 240
The tire-changer has been specifically designed to demount
and mount truck and bus tubeless tires with rims from 14,5” to
24,5”, a maximum 1400 mm diameter and a maximum 695 mm
width. Its operating principle is based on two carriages, a
vertical spindle carriage and a horizontal tool carriage, each
traveling on its own axis and ensuring the wheel being
processed is always centered in relation to the tools.
The control console has all the controls for operating the tire
changer. It is installed on a mobile arm so that it is always
within reach while you are working on a wheel, or can be
moved out of the way during wheel loading or unloading. All
the controls on the console are extremely sensitive, so as to
allow very small movements with the utmost precision.

The tire changer is equipped with two lightweight aluminum alloy clamping spindles (one for wheels from 14.5”
to 17.5” and the other for wheels from 19.5" to 24.5”), easily fitted on the gearbox central shaft.
Bead-breaking roller, functional and convenient, for smoother operation with wheels of all kinds; an optional
second roller speeds up demounting/mounting procedures as the first roller does not have to be shifted to work
on the other side of the wheel.

Tyre changer suitable for all car wheels, enables the user to
mount and demount any type of tyre currently available on the
international markets, without additional devices, from standard
to sport tyres, from low profile tyres to special “run flat” ones
like: Good-Year RunOnFlat, Pirelli Eufori@, Bridgestone RFT,
Michelin ZP, Continental SSR, Dunlop DSST.
Axial mounting turntable allows quick, secure wheel clamping
and bead breaking on both sides with no need to turn the
wheel over (wheel is clamped on the machine just once).
“IP system” (Increased Power system): speed rotation of the
turntable automatically adjustable, the torque remains at the
best ratio also at maximum speed (6 - 15 rpm).
Handy multipurpose control for easier “dynamic” bead breaking,
independent or simultaneous, of both the tyre beads by means
of its telescopic system with double disk.

Tilting post with high torsional rigidity in all working positions for maximum rim protection during the work,
above all in the general reinforcement of the machine’s structure. Tool-holder shaft is balanced and activated by
means of an air-operated servocontrol with automatic head locking in the ideal working position . A roller under
the horizontal operating arm minimises the effort of operators.
Pneumatically operated side-swing to locate the arm on the underside of the tyre.
The inflating device pedal, located at the side of the unit to prevent accidental activation. All machine movement
controls are conveniently to hand for the operator and easy inspectable.
“KFS 28” is an advanced inflating device; with its variable diameter setting and the innovative “top-down-shot”
grants a perfect and easy inflation of all type of tyres. Available on request.
“PH 28” Bead pressing accessory, enables the user to mount and demount the upper bead on the most difficult
wheels. Available on request.
The same working movements in the demounting procedure, but absolutely no effort is required from the
operator thanks to the
“LEVER-LESS” technology incorporated in the tools head
(Patent pending).
Simultaneous use of upper bead breaker (using as an extra bead presser) and the tools head for easier tyre
